Wombats spend a lot of time sleeping, but we were lucky enough to see the hairy-nosed wombats out and about at both of the wildlife sanctuaries we went to recently.

This joey was big enough to not spend much time in mum’s pouch, but they still have some big feet.to grow into.

This beautiful parrot was a wild visitor.

These things can disembowel a person with those giant feet.

The male satin bowerbird collects blue objects to decorate his nest and attract the female (pictured).
